The Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) Division of Animal Industries aggressively monitors all diseases that have the potential to affect Idaho’s livestock industry and animal population. ISDA has an intensified interest in:

- Tuberculosis
- Trichomoniasis
- Avian Influenza surveillance
- Scrapie
- Chronic Wasting Disease
